Andi-Ventis Ltd was established in 2001 as a joint venture between the largest pharmaceutical company of Cyprus, Medochemie Ltd and Miat S.p.A. of Italy, a long established specialised pharmaceutical company, to carry out the pharmaceutical and clinical development, the registration and production of inhaled formulations utilizing the Miat-Haler® originally developed by Miat S.p.A.
