DesigneRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a startup pharmaceutical company located in Vacaville, CA. DesigneRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded in 2002 in California. The company built a cGMP facility for biologics in 2004 and began to provide ADI-PEG 20 for several early stage clinical studies in Europe, the USA and Taiwan in 2005. The company also began to produce Uricase-PEG 20 in 2007. It will be the provider for several early stage clinical studies for the treatment of gout and tumor lysis syndrome. As a member of the Polaris Group companies, DesigneRx is responsible for production of study drugs for all Polaris clinical studies.
