INJEX - Equidyne Systems (dba) is a wholly owned subsidiary of HNS International, Inc. and is the name used by HNS to sell Injex needle-free products worldwide. In January 2006 INJEX-Equidyne Systems, Inc. founded a wholly-owned subsidiary the INJEX Pharma GmbH in Germany. The transfer of the Quality-Management-System from INJEX-Equidyne Systems, Inc. European Business Unit to the INJEX Pharma GmbH was completed, effective January 02, 2007. With the transfer of the business operations related to needle-free injection technology to INJEX Pharma GmbH the position as medical device manufacturer in Europe was strengthened.INJEX Pharma GmbH, is the manufactures in and sells all INJEX needle-free products world-wide.
