IPM BIOTECH is dedicated to the development, validation and application of innovative methods in molecular and immunological bioanalysis including immunogenicity. IPM BIOTECH has been involved in numerous pre-clinical and clinical studies in which assays were performed for pk/pD analysis and for the detection of binding and neutralizing antibodies against biopharmaceuticals. In this context assays have been established and validated for the detection of antibodies against endogenous components (e.g. erythropoietin, interferon, G-CSF) and monoclonal therapeutics (e.g. anti-CD20, TNF-inhibitors) using a wide spectrum of methods.
