Consisting of five hospitals including SNU Children's Hospital, Seoul Metropolitan Government-SNU Boramae Medical Center, SNU Bundang Hospital, and SNUH Health Care System Gangnam Center as well as the main branch at the center, SNUH has led the internationalization of Korean medical care with its medical institution system, which is global in deed and name. In addition, to open new vistas in medical development through clinical research, it opened in 1998 the SNUH Clinical Research Institute (CRI), which has produced world-class studies every year.
