Teicos Pharma's business is the production and sales of a new class of inhalable API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) powders for dry powder inhalers (DPI) based on a novel coating and encapsulation technology. Established in 2007, Teicos Pharma is a spin-off from the Helsinki University of Technology (now Aalto University), Finland. Founding partners include four leading senior scientists from materials, characterization and aerosol technologies originating from Finland and the USA.
