Transcu Ltd., was established as Transcutaneous Technologies Co., Ltd. through spin-off from R&R Ventures Co., Ltd. Transcu Ltd. develops, manufactures, and sells transcutaneous, electrophoresis devices. In June 2007, Transcu purchased cosmetics company Ellebeau Inc. and made it a wholly owned subsidiary. In September 2007, Transcutaneous Technologies, Inc. was merged with Ellebeau Inc. and became TTI ellebeau, Inc. TTI ellebeau, Inc. focuses on cosmetic products. Transcu Ltd. includes Dharma Therapeutic Inc., which was established in Seattle, U.S.A as a wholly owned subsidiary.
